as today is thanksgiving for us americans, the only people to exist, i wanted to ask: is thanksgiving the worst holiday?

There are way worse holidays if I'm gonna be honest. At least this one is more about sitting with your family and not other stuff that cause way more controversy.
Also Europeans don't celebrate Thanksgiving.

Definitely not. Thanksgiving is far from the worst holiday out there. Certainly there are better ones, but Thanksgiving is actually my second favorite holiday (behind Halloween because I love giving candy to trick-or-treaters)
Let me elaborate. Thanksgiving is an excuse to forget about your troubles and focus on family. There is nothing else to focus on besides the food, family, and football. If you have good cooks in your family, then you get to be treated with delicious food while chatting with family. It's a family oriented holiday, so if you don't have an interesting family, then I can see where you are coming from. However, I enjoy Thanksgiving as much as the next guy, and there are far worse holidays, so I have to disagree with you here.

Football, family, food.
The football is interesting and fun to watch
I love hanging out with my family and giving thanks to what I’m blessed to have or be
I love the food, especially the mashed potatoes ^-^
There are worse holidays like: Cinco de Mayo, maybe (I count this as an American holiday, since Mexicans generally don’t celebrate it). Idk, why do you hate it?

I’m Canadian so my thanksgiving was last month. But no, it’s not the worst holiday. You get to sit around with family that you may not see very often (I had an aunt come down from Whitehorse to visit) and you get to gorge yourself on good food. The only people who I could imagine don’t like thanksgiving are people who hate their family, anorexics, or the pc police who see the holiday as a celebration of stealing land from the natives or whatever new term they’ve decided is more correct to call that group of people. There are way less eventful holidays like St Patrick’s day which is only fun when you’re old enough to drink or holidays like Black Friday and Boxing Day where things just go on sale (not so exciting if you don’t want to buy anything or when you’re younger and get dragged all over the place by parents who want to go shopping all day).

The food isn't as good as corned beef on St. Patrick's day but that's made up for by it not being commercialized to hell like Christmas and Halloween. Also I get to travel (most years) which is literally one of my favorite things to do.

Absolutely not. I'd argue it's actually the best holiday. Thanksgiving gets the largest amount of family together, some of whom I don't really see that often. On top of that, everyone goes all out on making the best food of your fucking life, so you can gorge yourself all day. I don't know I just really like what it does for my family in comparison to other holidays.
