This option will record last 10 secounds of gameplay to special file, that will be allowed to view, export(to .mp4), edit (sounds, music, camera, something like Rockstar Editor), share to GD servers

I don't really see any point to this feature. I really don't think anyone cares about seeing the last 10 seconds of gameplay someone made before some random fail on some random level. Including it in game would just be more pointless. And if there is a situation where it was a bad fail on some relevant and difficult level, people already have everyplay or some other screen recorder that can do the exact same thing and upload it to youtube.
