I can take a part if you want. I'm familiar with tech style levels so I can try and decorate. (note: my online levels are sorta just challenges so they're underdecorated. If you want to see how well I can decorate, I can upload a sample)

I'd rather decorate than layout. I'm not absolute trash at decoration, but I'm not the best either. While your post isn't a necropost, this megacollab is dead (at least this version of it is dead before it got restarted). I can tell you this because I was in the megacollab.
