We're not able to feature your levels, only robtop can feature your levels. While this is an improvement as opposed to your previous levels, it is still nowhere near rate worthy. Your levels have not been rate worthy and you seem in great opposition to people who give you any constructive criticism at all.
Please take a look at the recent featured levels to see the quality of them and then compare them to yours. That's been my advice to you and it is still my advice to you.

It's far away from being feature worthy wtf, I recommend USING GLOWS and actually doing BLOCK DESIGN

We generally only allow one level in the panel at a time for each person. Could you tell me which one you'd rather have judged?
I would recommend this one tbh because this level is completely made by you.

I would not say much as there are enough comments up there. To be concise, this level may get rated/featured in 1.9, but absolutely not now.

There's not really much I can say about this honestly.
Well right off the bat I can see you've used basic blocks and nothing else for the most part. Try to make complex block designs with multiple layers and combining elements to add some depth and flavor to the level. The background abruptly changes color, try doing a subtle fade instead, and make it more dynamic by syncing it better to the music. There's a lot of randomly placed objects that don't look good at all. Like I don't see why the double cube portal in midair was necessary. The text with names completely contrasts in color with the background. The colors in general are very flat and monochromatic. Try using a variety of colors that work together rather than a single one. As for the gameplay...well... There's a lot of just single spikes on the ground. Not only that, but there are lots of annoying moving objects that move extremely abruptly and serve no purpose but to annoy the player on their playthrough. Make sure that your gameplay is both dynamic and also gives fair warning to the player of any hazards, and also make your moving objects not look like a seizure by using easing and moving them slower.
There's just one thing I'd like to point out as well though.
The 2nd half is literally the 1st half copy and pasted and changed by like 1%.
And I'll leave this review at that.
Moving to NI.
