The upcoming and highly anticipated demon, Night Rider's layout looks awesome. I know it's been more than a week since Surv finished his layout part, but I've only just thought of ranking these parts now, so here's my personal list:
1. SrGuillester - The sync is very good and the gameplay looks really fun, especially the wave, plus using the custom orbs was also a great idea
2. GaidenHertuny - The dual just looks super fun and the sync is amazing in this part
3. Koolboom - Koolboom's gameplay is very fast paced but one of the most well synced parts in the whole megacollab
4. Ilrell - This part also has great fast paced gameplay like Koolboom's and it was really hard to pick between the two
5. Krazyman50 - I just like the idea how Krazy has used portal skips, and the part overall uses very fun cube gameplay
6. Mactanow - I just really like the sync in this part
7. Knobbelboy - Just a classic Knobbelboy part, very fun gameplay
8. Xaro - The gameplay moves a lot and just looks really fun
9. TamaN - The use of slopes in this part is actually really cool
10. Trusta - The gameplay and sync is well done but I just don't find Trusta's part as appealing as some of the other parts
11. Anubis - A fun first part with cool sync
12. Samifying - I like Samifying's part but I feel the gameplay is a little bit bland
13. Riot - I like the UFO part but the swing copter ball part just looks really bland and I feel there was a lot more potential for it
14. Surv - I don't mind this part but it just feels a little bit bland
15. Zobros - The timings are cool, but overall I'm just not a big fan of Zobros' part
16. Sunix - I just do not like the gameplay that Sunix used for this part really but it's still cool
Overall Night Rider, in my opinion, will have really fun gameplay and will be a fan favourite for a long time.

In terms of sync the only decent part is SrGuillester, the rest might as well just be made without the song. In terms of actually being fun idk since I haven't played it.

KrazyMan50 has the best because he always makes creative gameplay
also SrGuillester makes very good sync

My favorite is SrGuillester's. There are a lot of decent parts, but the one I mentioned is unique af.

Honestly all in all there's only 4 really good parts in the level imo
1. SrGuillester - Guille absolutely nailed this part of the song! Tiny block to go with a calmer part of the song, gameplay that flows as well as water, flawless sync and a nice custom orb gimmick. If I were to nitpick somewhere, I'd say the wave looks weird, but I guess the deco is gonna fix that up.
2. Koolboom - One of the best-synced parts in the level. Although it is fast-paced and scary, there is a ton of places to take a break in between two timings. Even the wave-spam doesn't look that unfair!
3. Ilrell - Typical Ilrell miniwave-driven dual, looks really cool. I feel like it doesn't sync as well as the parts above imo.
4. Gaiden - Your usual Gaiden dual part, although for once he didn't include any wave (which may be a relief since his part in Celestial Force wasn't exactly stellar). Flawlessly synced, but I fear its difficulty might not be very consistent with the rest of the level.
5. Samifying - In typical Sami fashion - a very dynamic part and cool part with a lot of camera movement and slope shenanigans. I feel like he could have done something better with the staircase at the end of his part though.
6. TamaN - I quite like what he did with the slopes, although it could definitely have been better and more dynamic. All around it's a solid part, but it doesn't quite stand out.
7. Xaro - The sync does exist, but it's pretty subtle and not really evident at times. The part is pretty dynamic but has a bit too much off-screen jumps which hinders the fun.
8. Surv - I really like the UFO gameplay but the ship feel like they are just filler because he ran out of ideas.
9. Mactanow - Pretty subpar compared to what his layouts usually are like, but he didn't really get a good part of the song. Well considering the average level of the parts it's still rather good though.
10. TrusTa - Pretty dynamix part, but the ship/UFO dual looks a bit weird imo, and I'm not too sure the miniwave spam is a good idea. Well at least the dual wave feels way more natural than Knobbel's.
11. Anubis - sync is kinda good I guess? Otherwise it's a very average part.
12. Krazy - although the idea of portal skips is pretty cool, I feel like he could have made it more prominent, because as of now it doesn't even feel like they the portals are a real threat. Moreover there are a lot of timings that look unfun.
13. Zobros - the sync is pretty good but it has a lot of weird timings which is definitely not gonna help making the level fun.
14. Knobbelboy - although for once the straight-flying is rather well-synced, the majority of the part is bland and feels like a filler for the dual wave, which by the way looks very unnatural and unfun to play.
15. Sunix - the blandest part, there's literally nothing original or interesting going on.
16. Riot - this part is just terrible. The first half relies heavily on spam which is never a good thing, while the swingcopter doesn't sync at all. I'm pretty sure what went through Riot's mind at the time was : "hey swingcopters are hard so people are gonna like it if I put one here". Really though I hope they get this part replaced.
Bonus. Michigun - why is the triple spike buffed? Wouldn't a normal one have sufficed to stress the hell out of the players? Michi is quite a sadist.

I really like Knob's part. The dual waves just look mesmorizing to me.

Krazy’s (now KrmaL’s) part is best. SrGuillester is definitely a close second though, and even Anubis’s part is pretty good.
Decoartion will probably change everything though....
