Whenever I try to make a new line in quotes and spoilers, it always screws with the formatting and makes this very difficult for me as I then have to go into the BBCode to edit things. This is an example of what happens when I hit enter in a spoiler One spoiler created, I will hit enter 3 times.
Or a video that probably explains it better.
Is there any way to fix this? It's been happening for about a month and is really getting on my nerves whenever I want to edit my Demons list or such things.

I don't know how to fix that exact problem, but here's something to try and see if it works: Try going into BBCode mode and then start pressing enter. After you've pressed enter enough, then you can switch it back to preview mode and continue editing the text from there.

maybe instead of pressing the spoiler and then adding your text, you can just write the text, select it and hit the spoiler button to put all the text in the spoiler without that bug. idk about quoting though sorry

It gets very irritating to have to go into the BBCode and look through all this mess to find the spot where you want something. It's even more irritating when I want to copy and paste something from "List of hardest demons beaten by forum members" and I can't do that.

Try Shift+Enter. Shift+Enter is intended to force a line break, so any conflicts with just pressing Enter gets avoided.

Yeah, that's why I stopped using the preview/WYSIWYG editor because it's often buggy, and the forums aren't the only place where it just screws up randomly. I can't tell how to fix that because I'm not even sure if we'd be able to do it. It's more of a problem with the editing system itself, not the forums. For example if I use spoilers and space out scores in my forum game, after switching the scores are spaced out even more which is a slightly annoying bug.
Well, I know it may not be very convenient but I recommend using the BBCode for larger codes, because they tend to bug out in preview mode. :/
