Elder mods should be able to rate levels, but Robtop should be careful on who he appoints to be an elder mod. The idea of being able to rate levels seems like a gold mine for trolls, so Robtop can’t just go around handing it out like he does now. He should probably give it to serious and aged players, such as Viprin.

I used to think they shouldn't but then some people made me realize how stupid my reasoning was so I think at least the elder mods should. The main reason why it's good to allow elder mods to rate/unrate levels is to lessen the work RobTop needs to focus on in there and also because RobTop can just demote any elder mod who unrates levels which RobTop likes or vice versa. (There might be drama about this but it's not like they're going to do anything as shown in Rob Buck's case.)

Only elder mods(if possible, reduce to a team of 4 including Viprin)
Robtop could then give more time to other functions and settings of the game

Something I thought about the mod system recently. I'll show what permissions should any position have IMO.
Mod:
- Sends levels for rate or feature
- Can ban people from leaderboards
- Can remove messages from the comment section
- Sets difficulty for demons
Examples for mods: ehh, I guess now it's okay...? But I wish more player mods would be a thing.
Elder Mod:
- Everything that a mod has
- Has the ability to modify/edit/lock level updates
- Can ban accounts
Examples for elder mods: Mazl (before his break), maybe Pauze (because he came up with the public mod server idea).
Admin:
- Everything that a mod and elder mod has
- Can rate/unrate levels
- Can promote people to mods/elder mods or demote them
- Can delete already rated levels (eventually an elder mod could do this too, but only the really trusted ones)
Examples for admins: Viprin.

No, there should be another rank higher than the elder mods which could rate and send levels(if still need approval from rubrub) which consists of trusted players like Viprin, we dont want raters to not take it seriously like Rob buck

Mods rete levels wrong nowadays its annoying, if you want auto (if you have an auto level) and they rate it normal.
