Hey, so this has been a constant problem now. Everytime I use a pulse trigger for the BG, G1 or anything from the "Special Color Select" box, the pulse trigger sets it to group 999 instead of the special color. It's odd, and I haven't found any sort of solution whatsoever, so I decided to ask here.

This is probably just a bug caused by the game.
I guess the only way to work around this is to set a color to "Copy Color" into the Special Color you wanted, and just assign the pulse trigger to that color instead.
