Alright.
So your beginning part is actually not too bad. The background makes a pretty cool effect using opacity and layering to make the illusion of see-through figures. The foreground however is completely clear and see through, and should really be have some blocks to populate the area. The sync in this section also isn't very good at all and gameplay sort of strange. Way too many portals at a time, and the four orbs literally right in a line is simply not dynamic nor interesting at all. The solid black dots in the wave section at 18% stick out way too much and completely contrast to the colorful rest of the level. There are portals such as the gravity portal around 20% that are skippable, you really needs to make sure there aren't any gaps in the gameplay.
The transition at 27% has a very stark cutoff from the color into blackness, and it really doesn't look good at all. The part after that is where everything falls apart. Both the foreground and background are very blank looking and unpopulated, with crude blocks used. The gameplay uses multiple consecutive orbs with basically nothing in the foreground, and is basically just orb spam at some points.
62% we've got a teleport transition. Those are not good. Breaks the flow of the level, potentially can kill the player due to lack of sight readability. The decoration here is identical to the previous section, except the foreground is even more blank now with see-through gears being the only filling in this area, and default clouds on a solid blue background being the only stuff in the back.
74%. Please cover all gaps in the gameplay. This is actually harder to miss than to not miss. The lamps looked alright, but it's copy and pasted at the same intervals and doesn't look so good. The background and foreground are still basically empty and completely flat. The gameplay is literally just avoiding some sporadic saws, and even for a 4* level it's simply boring.
So this level is severely lacking after the first part in all areas. Gameplay throughout the entirety of the level is very subpar, basically consisting of way too many orbs in a row, straight fly, and straight UFO. The foreground is virtually nonexistent, and the background consists of just a few clouds. There is no depth or filling at all after the first few seconds.
So my final verdict is NI. Try to make your level feel full, and try to make gameplay that is constantly changing and dynamic, however also synced to the music and not changing gamemodes too often.
