Alright.
So right off the bat something catches my eye, and not in a good way. You appear to have put some objects around the orbs, which is always a good thing to do. However, you made these the color of the orbs themselves, and as a result they stick out like a sore thumb when held up against the color scheme of the rest of the level. The overall color scheme in the beginning section also seems to alternate between grayscale and color, which in my opinion doesn't really work that well. Personally I'd rather just do one or the other. The black orb is also partially offscreen. Make sure everything is clearly in sight.
Gameplay wise so far I'm seeing a lot of really tiny timings such as landing on a single block or between two blocks in a one block space, and I'm frankly not a fan. In addition to be difficulty spikes, they leave the foreground looking extremely empty. The moving objects also were a bit..meh. Make sure the movement is 99% over by the time the cube even gets near it, or wait until it's sufficiently away in order to not muck up the gameplay and readability.
18%, this is a cardinal sin of level making. Never have portals appear right before to enter them. Transitions can break a level entirely. Make sure the player always knows what is coming up next adequately. This happens again at 33%, and many more portals after that.
The rest of the level I had some troubles reading anything because the level had starting to become all white. The foreground started to meld right with the background, and essential objects like fireballs that could kill you became extremely difficult to see.
Color combinations started to go from the aforementioned black/white and color to color in disarray. Contrasted pink and purple together with yellow and green with an orange fireball. And lots of white. Blinding white light. Technically you can make any colors work if done right, but this level right now doesn't do that. Make sure the differences between the colors don't vary too much so they complement each other rather than all stick out in a bad way. Similarly, essential objects should be outlined better among all the other color. This is sticking out in a good way.
The block designs themselves needed some more fine detailing (which would probably help it stick out more as well), and as mentioned before they just needed to fill up more of the space it can use. More decorational objects and layering inside the blocks to make them more interesting. Tiny single block structures are bad for both decoration and gameplay. Decoration it just looks like a randomly placed block sitting out, and gameplay...well it's not really fun to have to land on a single block. Even in practice mode it became extremely annoying to die, I would have to remove several checkpoints because of how small the platforms were and I just couldn't progress without going back a few checkpoints.
So overall this level needs some work in both aspects. Moving to NI.
