Hi, this is a small suggestion, So RobTop said that he added a function, that calculates the precentage of you going through the level, so it doesn't go backwards. And the suggestion is: Make the percentage also have consistent speed, so no matter of your speed, the percentage allways goes at the same speed.

The reason why the percentage is at different speeds is that it is calculated with how far content of the level lasts, not time. The current percentage speed is fine as it is, I guess. Making it based on the time you see in the paused editor would cause GD SubZero-like bugs when possible, you may skip a speed portal unintentionally and when enter the finish line it would snap right away to 100%, or stay at 99% for quite a while then snap to 100%. The time may not even match up to whatever the actual time is, and cause weird percentage bugs
And considering your other general discussion thread, some people won't like this, right?

percentage speed is calculated by distance travelled, not time spent in level. reason for this is because if you had a level whereby it was possible to take different paths with different speeds the entire percentage speed would short circuit and cause another hiroshima to happen because the level can’t predict which path you’re taking and subsequently, the time that you will end up spending in the level
