Alrighty.
So going right into this level I can immediately spot a problem. The level is colored all white (or player color). The red mini coin and face and colored gears completely contrast with the other colors. If it is player colors, you really should refrain from using them in the future, because the level can look amazing or really ugly depending on the player. It's better to have consistency with deco. The moving spike and objects in the gameplay are unfair to the player and only frustrating.
After that first cube, things get kind of messy. The sharp white lines everywhere significantly detract from the visual pleasantries of the section, and some blocks appear to just have random objects in them as the deco. Going from red to blue there is a sharp cutoff which really doesn't look good. You should make the entire visible area red, then fade into blue once you cross the border to make it look smoother. The moving spikes at 42% look extremely weird, and would look better as stationary objects. But even so, the gameplay is extremely dull there with just up and down motions in a confined area. The entire section before that also does not really work. It's all in the slowest speed during what seems to be a relatively quick paced part of the song. The auto pads at 64% are buggy and can sometimes kill you. After that auto pad part the deco takes a massive tank, looking like a pre-1.9 level, and then followed by a completely black needless auto section. The last wave is not very fun either, as it consists of various wave spam at different heights, and that's about it.
So in conclusion. The colors simply do not work together at all for about 80% of the level. There's some green grass with some other colored gears and player colors or white or whatever it is. Try making color schemes that look good together, and try to make the colors more vibrant in general. The gameplay can be unfair at some points, and just boring in general in other spots. Try to make dynamic gameplay that takes into account the speed and tone of the music and matches itself to it. The same goes for the deco, but in addition to that the deco was very basic in many spots. The foreground pulses didn't really match up with the music, the entire thing seems very flat. Try adding some pulsing objects and background pulses to liven up the mood a little. Also make more complex block designs that have element that work together. Don't try to mash a square block into a round hole. I'd suggest looking at recently rated levels to try and get some inspiration, but remember to never blatantly copy work.
As for now though, this level Needs Improvement.
