When I listen to some song in GD on my phone and on the PC, the songs sound different. For example, take Thermodynamix. It sounds different on my phone than it does on my PC, and I'm confused why??

The speakers from your PC are very different from the speakers from your phone. PC speakers usually have a higher quality, making it sound better.

But it's not coming from their speakers, it's coming from my headphones. When I use my headphones on PC it sounds one way, and on phone another way. The same pair of headphones is used. I haven't tried without headphones yet. Or did you not mean speakers specifically, but rather just the sound from the platforms?

No, I meant speakers, but since you're using headphones that's probably not the cause Which devices out of them has a worse sound quality, your PC or your phone?

I suppose it happens because the digital-to-analog converter in your PC is simply better than the one in your phone. It could also be that the equalizer settings are different in the two devices.

Okay, and there's nothing I can do about that...? You can't improve the digital-to-analog converter. As far as I know, you can't change the equalizer settings on iOS, but on Android you can via Google Play Music I think.

So I can't do anything? Ok, it was just a question anyway, and I got my answer. Guess this could be moved to resolved then.
