Hey everyone,
I have done videos on GDash for years now, and I can't seem to get a video in 60 FPS, when my game runs at 60 FPS. It's like 50 FPS on the video sort of thing, not smooth. I was wondering if anyone knows how to make this work?
If this helps, I use GeForce Experience to record.
If I need OBS to record it I already have it installed.
Thanks,
MichaelGDash

60fps videos are for very powerful computers so it's not surprising you can't get it.
30fps is the usual and works just fine for gd videos. I recommend it.
The most probable explanation that you can't get 60fps videos though is because your computer isn't powerful enough.

My specs are GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz Memory: 8 GB RAM (7.96 GB RAM usable) Current resolution: 1920 x 1080, 60Hz I am not sure if these are powerful enough or not, if not, I will search for how to record 30 fps with GeForce.

You have powerful hardware honestly, A GTX 1060 and a i5-7400 will definitely handle 720p 60fps recording. Since your monitor is 1080p, Reduce the resolution of the video to 720p (since 720p is actually enough). I've used OBS on very bad computer and it's still managing 60fps 720p recording. Something in your recording settings is not right. I highly recommend OBS honestly
