You know how some colors or color channels (example: Black) aren't affected by brightness or saturation? Well I'd suggest removing that feature and make every color able to be changed with brightness and saturation. No matter what. There's literally no flaw in this idea. I can't even imagine the reason why RobTop made it like this. When it comes to making white lighter or black darker just make nothing happen.

It's not a flaw, white is the brightest color you can get and black is the darkest.

Lighter black is called grey… you can’t make the darkest colour out there more saturated or rich and you can’t do that for the brightest colour either. There’s no modifier that you can make. A brightness slider for black that could more easily allow you to go between shades of grey would be nice but that’s about it. But black can’t get any blacker and it can’t get any lighter while still being black. The only differences between blacks in real life is whether it’s glossy, matte, or whatever. Can’t exactly get matte black in GD since that’s more of a material dependent thing.

Yes you can have a light black color (gray) but you can't change a pitch black color with HSV to be lighter, which is annoying.

Wouldn't it just be better to implement a feature where you can enter the hex code for the color you want? I'm not saying Robtop should remove the currently existing way of getting colors, but it would be a lot easier to get very specific colors if he added this.

Or just RGB values because converting stuff to hexadecimal is difficult to do quickly for some people
