So I've been having some issues with my account for a while now (for the past three months.)
I began playing Geometry Dash on Christmas 2017. In early January, I decided to create a GD account, and it went pretty smoothly, until I had to activate the account. I was given the link to the page where my account should've been activated, but instead, it told me that the activation failed and if the problem persists I should contact support. I tried multiple times to activate my account, and it still didn't work. I e-mailed support about the issue but never got a response. Assuming the issue had been fixed, I tried again to activate my account. It still didn't work. I e-mailed support once again for help, and just like last time, I got no response.
I began to worry about what might possibly be the issue. I tried changing my account password, but after doing that and trying to log in again, it said that my account information was incorrect. I thought to myself, "Maybe it will update by tomorrow. I'll try again later."
The following day, I tried logging in, and it STILL didn't work. Yesterday, I was googling solutions to this problem but it was just stuff about invalid email addresses and solutions for other platforms. This forum had nothing about this issue, so I'm making this thread so that I can finally have some answers.
