As I am an iOS mobile player, I have no choice but to use the iOS screen recorder or to stream with Omlet Arcade.

If you have windows 10, the windows gamebar is absolutely beautiful. 1080p60 game capture built right into the OS.

Windows Gamebar 4 life. The only downside is that you can't stream with it so I recommend Xsplit as well.

iOS built-in screen recorder (Mobile). Not gonna lie its actually quite nice but the quality is ok-ish and sometimes the recordings have some tiny lagspikes
