Really bad screen tearing while playing even though V-Sync is on, I turned it off and on didn't work.

Set it to windowed then back to fullscreen then recheck vsync

if it still wont work just play in windowed mode

i sometimes get that too

usually i just turn it off and on and it actually works for me
