I hope that I can explain this trigger idea well. So basically, every trigger requires some sort of time parameter (fade time, move time, delay, etc.) What this trigger will do is speed up or slow down these time parameters with a multiplier.
If you have two blocks that move with the same move trigger, you can use a time trigger on one block to make it move quicker or slower (this is a basic example). Now, let's say you have a spawn trigger loop and you want the effect to move at different speeds for different objects without making a ton of other loops. You could simply use time triggers to slow down or speed up the same effect for different groups of objects.
This isn't adding anything new, but it would be nice to have for productivity!

This would be good for bossfights, having them move quicker in later stages..
