The custom title request thread is currently sitting in the dead zone known as forum support. It is in such an obscure location that a good amount of people have no clue where it is. My idea is to move the custom title thread to the lounge. From there more people will have access to the thread and more people eill be able to take advantage of this feature.
My other suggestion is moving forum support to a sub section in game support. Forum support doesn't get enough threads to be maintained as a regular board. As a sub board it will be given a more appropriate place and it will make the dashboard less cluttered (though that isn't an issue).

I haven't really noticed anyone not knowing where the thread is. It gets a good amount of attention, and people can usually figure it out by the time they are actually eligible for a custom title.
In terms of forum support, although it's kind of dead, that doesn't necessarily mean it should be moved. Some people do have some issues with the forum, such as formatting or glitches. I don't think it should be in game support, since game support is meant for the game, not the forum.

Lounge sounds good, although if I were to move the Custom Titles thread I’d say it ought to go in Forum News.
This may sound illogical, but Forum News threads are the ones that pop up above every board regardless which board it is, and it’s easy to access no matter what. The Simple Questions thread isn’t news related, but it’s placed in Forum News, so I don’t see why this shouldn’t either.

here's the thing, how many people by the time they've hit 500 posts don't know where the thread for custom titles is? im fairly certain they'd know by that point, plus i've seen no-one have an issue with this like. ever.
