Remove banned players from level leaderboards.

Title says it all, no clippers want to show up on top of the level leaderboard of an extreme demon to look cool. (Like Bloodlust, now that it's out.) And removing them from getting on the level leaderboards will might help decrease players from no-clipping extreme demons.

The fact this is not a thing is kind of stupid.
