Because of Apple, GD 2.0 will release in valve time ( ?° ?? ?°)
I think Rob should give up IOS and release on Android, Steam.
But that was weird, a few months ago, I saw GD was the top game in HK, I guess Apple will review it before 2016( ?° ?? ?°)

I think we should just stop making threads like this. I'm pretty sure we've had more than 5 at least. THIS. People, 2.0 is gonna come out. You all HAVE to realize that Apple has to review HUNDREDS OF APPS A DAY, and most of them SUCK. So yes, there IS an excuse for them taking this long, and it's a very valid one. When Geometry Dash got submitted to Apple, it was put on a list along with other apps to review. When RobTop submitted it, it was probably a busy time, so the update was probably placed near the bottom of the list. And that's why they haven't started yet. We don't get special privileges just because we've been waiting 9 months for an update. "Then RobTop should just release it for Android and Steam!" NO. To be honest it's very selfish of people to think that's a good idea, imagine if you had to wait 2 WEEKS after everyone else just to play an update. iOS users would be mad, and they'd probably leave the game. It's much more fair for EVERYONE to wait rather than a small chunk of people. "Then iOS users can blame themselves for their bad choice of phones." No. That's not how life works. We have to wait just like all the other apps. If you can wait for 9 months, you can wait a few more days, and then you'll realize how funny it was that you thought the update would never come out! I'm going to lock this thread, and I really don't want to see any more like this. Btw, Update 1.8 also took 12 days :V |
