Basically this feature is all that the title says it is but I'll elaborate and give some more info on how this might work (for collabs and whatnot).
If you wanted to work on a collab/megacollab alongside the other creators at the same time..
1. Every one of the creators would copy the level layout (in the case of something like Odyssey or Empyrean). The layout, already all synced to the music with gamemode portals and all placed properly (except for blocks and deco), should be the same version for all the creators.
2. There would be a sort of server connecting the layout on the creators' accounts (of course this feature would not be offline), so when one of the creators is online and building his part of the level, a button w/ visual indicator will appear on the screen somewhere where it won't get in the way. The indicator would show how many other creators were building the level as well, and one could click the button and watch them build.
3. If a creator wants to exit Live Creation Mode he would press the button again. If he went offline the button and indicator would disappear, and reappear when he connects to the internet again.
4. A creator can only delete blocks HE has placed while creating in Live Mode - he would not be able to delete other blocks. Perhaps there also could be a sort of dividing line the players can set between their parts so a creator can only place blocks in his own part. Maybe there could even be a chat inside the editor when Live Mode is enabled.
5. If a creator wanted to playtest his part, when he clicks the playtest button he will automatically start where his part begins, and his cube will automatically crash when his part ends.
6. Perhaps an obj limit for each part could be implemented, where whoever is hosting the collab could set the limit for each player according to their building style. (The host can freely edit the level wherever he wishes.)
That's all I have for now, I will gradually add more little tweaks to this suggestion if I think of any, or if someone else suggests something.
