tl;dr: Get stars on broken auto levels
If you can't beat a rated auto level due to a bug, you're given the option to give yourself 100% on the level with the one star. The option to receive the star and 100% can ONLY be given if you give ZERO input throughout the entire level. This means you can't just tap at the very start and quickly grind through every auto level.
The message will appear if you die, if you don't tap the screen ONCE on the attempt you're on.
I thought of the idea so there are no impossible auto levels, and since you don't have to do anything to win an auto level in the first place, it technically isn't cheating.

Bugs in auto levels isnt very common, so this is useless. If the level can not be beaten, it should simply be unrated.

Bugs in auto levels isnt very common, so this is useless. But they do exist, so there are impossible levels that are rated, with unobtainable stars.

Works very well in theory, but if RobTop implemented such a feature he’s essentially addressing the problem of broken autos, and if was going to address the problem the best method would be unraing the levels rather than such a time-consuming method.

But he simply just doesn't unrate levels. Take a look at Battle of the Shades, for example. Literally one of the most liked auto levels in the game has a bug, and what is Rob doing about that? Nothing.
