So, i have a high-end desktop that i built, and for some reason i'm getting weird problems. So there are two versions of weirdness that are random rolled when i open up GD: V1: Normal Colors and No frame skipping, but constant screen tearing. V2: Less Saturated Colors, FRAME SKIPPING GALORE but no screen tearing. Any help? I have no idea why Less Saturated Colors happen. Like you know when you open up GD and the load screen displays for a sec or two? It's weird for me to tell because when V1 is happening, the color is blue. But when V2, It's more of a Cyan, and the color has less quality in general. I have no idea why this is happening.
Also, V1 and V2 have random chance on launch of GD (mostly V2), but if i click the windows key or tab-out of GD (I use fullscreen), it immediately switches to V2. It's odd.

Is there something that triggers V1 and V2? Or do they just happen at random?
And is the V-Sync setting on? This can maybe solve the issue with the screen tearing.
EDIT: Oh, try exiting full screen. You'll never be able to guess how many times exiting full screen has solved one of my problems.

The V1 happens, but V2 happens if i tab-out via the windows key, or just randomely on loadup. the v-sync didn't seem to make a difference with anything to be honest. But also, i want to play fullscreen because its easier and better for recording and stuff, and random stuff will pop up for no reason, so i would rather full screen
