So, I just got my new high-end home-built desktop and i've had a ton of screen tearing. I've searched up numerous answers and solutions and done them and not a single one has worked. Any help?

I've tried that, but it hasn't seemed to be working. Even if there's no constant lag, i get this type of glitch: prntscr.com/i0khfbwhere one part of the screen is a frame ahead or behind another part. I've also tried altering with my NVIDIA controls

Well, if V-sync is on already, then I have no idea.
The best thing I can think of is maybe it's a problem with your computer. You said it was home built. That being said, I don't know anything about computer parts and stuff like that, so I can't help you there.
