I finally got into fullscreen since i had a problem but it's fine now, but then, i went into a level, There is this static line on like the whole screen or spikes, it's really hard not to get distracted by it, btw, i have Windows 10, and yes i already re-intalled it. So, any other ideas?

O nvm i found it out, i had verticle sync off, i turned it on
