I checked and it looks like the first one he made was in Level Suggiestions, so I made a mistake when locking the other one.
Although zaslee, you still should tag a judge to move and unlock the other one instead of just creating a new thread.

tl;dr: Rated as decent. Some work on the background and overall design would definitely elevate it higher. The biggest problem with gameplay is readability; focus on contrasting important objects with the background.
