Honestly, the level can have a lot of improvements. There are a lot of things here that I see wrong. Do not take it personally, though. I am only trying to help for your next level.

Gameplay: 9/30 needs improvement.
The gameplay is not very well balanced throughout. It is a little annoying at parts, and some parts are harder than others. As well as boring in some other parts, like the first ship. Please try to make it fun, and make it more fitting to the song. As well as some bugs. there are some bugs that should be worked on better. Like portal transitions etc.

Design: 11/30 Decent.
I mean... it looks cool at some parts, though does not impress me at all. A lot of the block design is very plain and boring. I feel like you should work on that a LOT before you try to make bg's look good. Speaking of backgrounds, those need some improvement. You did well on some, but I have already seen them before. The ones that you tried did not look very visually stunning, or good. I feel like you could have worked better on some. Please also try to make some look very good by yourself. Try to make some that nobody else has done. Also, with the glitch effect, that did not impress me and it did not look very good, or fitting to the song.
I see what you were trying to do with this level, but you did not pull it off very well. It looks very sloppy at some parts.
I did like what you were attempting, though. But please, make sure it looks good.

Sync: 10/20 Decent.
Overall the gameplay is not well synced. Sync is very well needed when it comes to making fun gameplay. Try to make the clicks sync and do not make the gameplay annoying and buggy. Other than that, most of the transitions were good sync wise. The end kinda lost it.

Originality: 0/10 NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
Originality is very well needed for a good level. This level quite honestly is nothing new to me. I feel like you should think of something cool to try out. Like gameplay, design, coins, etc. PLEASE do something original.

You need to work on a lot when making a level. You have a long journey ahead of you. But to make a good level faster, here what I will give you.

Recommendations: Try looking through the Hall of Fame and see some good levels there. Use those as something to get to know what an epic level looks like.
I recommend Plexium Games. He is a youtube channel that I recommend you watch. Watch him and see some features in the editor you have not known about.
Watch some building streams on twitch of popular creators. They will help out with how you can easily make a good level. Try not to do krazyman50 unless he is making a serious level. He makes a lot of joke levels.
