I rate stuff based on how hard i found it to be. I found forest temple easy/medium demon when i beat it, but that's just my personal opinion

uhhh just use your own rating systems in all honesty, as long as you’re objective about it it ought to be fine. forest temple as a Hard Demon is fine, maybe borderline Medium-Hard.
what annoys me more is actually when people intentionally rate harder demons easier than their actual difficulty (prime example: sure rating TJM an Easy Demon) to show off how skillful they are at the game. no doubt, this post is going to get stormed within the first two minutes it’s out but just going to put this out there.
also you can say “lol but it’s their own opinions” ok sure then, “Artificial Ascent (Very Hard Demon)”

I think he means the in-game rating or the popular opinion. For example: Fear Me -> Medium Demon Sidestep -> Easy Demon (although there's plenty of controversy about this one Badland -> Hard Demon Triple Flask -> Easy Demon Seeker of Demon -> Free Demon (although it's Medium Demon in game, everyone knows this is Easy Demon) Nine Circles -> Widely agreed to be Medium Demon. Forsaken Neon -> Medium Demon Extinction -> Easy Demon Yatagarasu -> Extreme Demon I personally rank demons a level higher because I suck, but I understand the general rating as well. |
