I'm trying to get keys for the 5 key chests but the keys don't seem to show up, HELP!

Are you getting all the orbs from levels or from daily chests too? It’s only after getting 500 orbs from levels when you get a key.

How exactly do you know you're getting 500? Are you counting them all? You sure you're not just miscounting?

And I know this sounds dumb but the dumb, obvious answers have worked sometimes: have you already gotten the orbs from the levels?
