As I've been playing around on GD for the past few days, I post review :3 *shock*
Design - 1.4/2.5 Simply put, it's nothing miraculous. I find is the design is relatively basic and generally uses standard blocks from start to end without much enhancement. There are a couple of bits where I have noticed you've combined a few other things. The level also seems to be unable to really stick to any sort of theme, with it jumping from one style to the next and it would have been nice to see some continuity. The colour usage throughout is fine, and it varies nicely throughout the level.
Decoration - 0.9/2 There is too little and a relatively mediocre quality. The level generally feels very bare and empty and there are multiple sections with next to nothing. The end part feels like it was rushed for completion in more than one way, but this was one of those areas. The backgrounds are nice, but nothing special.
Gameplay - 3.7/4.5 I can't really fault the gameplay as there aren't any things that really work against it. There is plenty of variety throughout the level, it seems well thought out, the progression through the level is smooth although the end does seem a little out of place. Is it particularly fun or does it have any wow factor? I'd say it doesn't. Fun enough, but far from special.
Music Synching - 0.8/1 This is the second major area where I noticed the end isn't up to the same standard. Fantastic through the entirety of the level except for the very end where it was clearly a bit rushed for completion and sort of went out of the window.
Creativity Index - x1 It's a rather generic level. It's certainly not worth marking up, but I don't feel there were any sections with overused designs, so not worth marking down.
Other Observations Index - x0.95 Once again, the ending is a disappointment. I also noticed that there are a couple of practically useless elements throughout the level. First, the moving objects seem, for the most part, pointless, as they occur once you have passed. I also noticed a section with these additional walls to both sides, but it didn't really add to the design nor gameplay. There's a lot of small niggles throughout the level that just put me off.
RESULT: 6.6/10 - DECENT LEVEL For: Good gameplay, good music synching Against: Lacklustre design and decoration, a few other small niggles Overall this is an OK level, but not worthy of stars or feature in my eyes. A better design and better ending could have easily bagged this though.
P.S: I might do a few more of these y'know

You are right with the end being rushed and the theme not being able to stick to a single theme this originally was a 2.1 test level to try out the new stuff given why the beginning looks like fingerdash. But I started building with it more and thought about it being a new level to make.
I might go back and fix the ending so it doesn't suck and probably change the beginning to look more fitting with the level and not just a blue fingerdash.
