Can't download levels or save data

Recently I'm unable to download levels, as when I click the "view" button it tells me that the level download failed immediately. However, I can still look up the levels, and I can also read other people's comments, view their accounts and stats, etc. Also, when I try to save data, it tells me that the backup failed and to try again later. Can anyone help me with this problem? thx
