For some reason I can't open GD, so I'm thinking of redownloading the game.
The issue is that I haven't saved in a while and I don't wanna lose my stats.
So, my question is, how can I backup my stats without being able to get into the game? I think I kinda know how to do it but I wanna be sure just in case.

Is there an error message you get when opening GD? If so, you can try to avoid this altogether.
You can try copying the local data to some other folder then putting it back when you reinstall. I'm not really sure how that would work though so don't do it just yet.

And yeah that's what I thought of doing, but another thing is that there's a "stats" folder in the "offline storage" folder in my gd folder, and in that there's something called "stats.ini", and I'm not sure if I need that or not.

The file is safe, so it should be an ok file to keep, so I would keep it.
