Let's not make this thread too long, as it's self-explanatory. Kind of. Honestly, I feel like we should have a role for a member who appears to be banned, in order to prevent confusion when someone randomly is 'inactive'. As for the stars... maybe light gray? If I recall correctly, a proper Hex Code for that is #676767. Looking forward to feedback, no matter if it's positive or negative. Please feel free to tell why it would not be good.

Well this is just unnecessary on so many levels.
Banned members would like have their accounts deleted or just banned. Giving them a role would not only be completely unnecessary, but it might actually shine a bad light on them, giving them a bad spotlight and maybe even humiliating them.

Honestly, that should encourage to follow the rules more strictly. But you have good points tho.

I think the warning bar does a good enough job of letting people know how bad they've been behaving. It's private so there's no spotlight on them, and it can be lowered. But I see what you're saying.

This would just embarrass people. No one really wants to have it spotlighted that they've been banned, since they could get mocked for it. I'm not saying that you would mock him, but others might.

I'm not saying that you would mock him, but others might. seriously ^ this it's public shaming which is kinda witch hunting them even though we're supposed to show we're mature and handle things reasonably. doing this would be embarrassing in future convos for them too. "hey i saw you on the forums, you got banned right? lol!" see how that would be discouraging?

Shaming. Its not fun. This would just embarrass the user who got banned. It would be helpful, but still.
