It's decent for a first level. Note that I haven't played the level though.
My review's criterias: gameplay of the level, decoration of the level, originality of the song, the music sync and the overall originality.
Gameplay: Looks unfun. 5/10. Decoration: I'd add more decoration to many parts. 4/10. Song: Supernova... 1/10 because it is overused. Sync: Decent. 6/10. Originality: idk tbh. 4/10.
Overall: 20/50
Rateworthy: Maybe Featureworthy: No Epicworthy: No
This was my second review so I can understand if it's pretty bad.

In addition, please play the level first, most people i asked in the comments or irl really liked the gameplay, so i‘m confused. *edit: please stop saying „oh the gameplay looks unfun. Also there should be so much deco that your device should crash“ I‘ve seen you saying the same thing on other levels which had more deco than mine. First, play the level, then complain about how bad the gameplay is. Thanks.

Mmkay. This level does have some good ideas, but it looks too simple overall. Deco: One good thing I have to say about this level is that you used the move triggers themselves pretty well, which is more than what I can say for most levels. However, the block design is like nonexistent, which is really boring and ugly. You should try to add more layering (more complicated block design inside the original blocks, or change the block entirely before adding more design.) Same thing goes with the air deco, try to add more detail to it. For example, instead of just having arrows, you could add those rotating objects around it, have some things around/inside the sawblades (the sawblades themselves look really empty and undecorated, etc. Another thing you should do is try to make the difference between the background and foreground elements more pronounced. Right now your "object" color is almost the same as the background color, which does nothing except make it look really ugly. Make the colors brighter and maybe make the background darker too. Also, the ground is really bright, maybe make it darker. Also, the black things on the ground are very unoriginal, undetailed, and really static (it's the same throughout the level.) Try to add some depth to it by making it kinda like a hill with black blocks/slopes and rotating the objects in the editor. Gameplay: sync is mostly pretty okay actually. However, there are some problems. For example, most of the obstacles are just spikes coming off long pillars (see: first UFO.) To solve this, make the obstacles larger, kinda like the ball part at the drop. Also, the platforms being moving objects out of nowhere is not very fun to play at all, like in the spider part. Make the platforms more visible (this ties in with the "make foreground colors brighter thing) and don't make them pop up so suddenly out of nowhere. Also, the gameplay is really slow, with transitions between forms like never happening, but this is more a problem with this part of the song than anything else. Good things: This level does have some good points too. The sync is pretty good, and besides the whole moving platform thing the gameplay seems pretty fun. The custom BG at the last robot is pretty nice ,if a bit bland and simple, and the part right before the drop is nice, I guess. You trying to hide portals and using text/arrows is interesting too. But overall this level is pretty bad tbh :/ A good way to get better is to look at levels that you like/wish to emulate in the editor, see how they built their levels, and try to build like them (don't copy exactly though!) tl;dr: This level has good sync and good ideas, but the biggest problem is that it's waaaaaaaay too simple with no design, air deco, etc. which is why I don't think this level will, or should get, rated. Try to get better at that while also looking at other creators to see how they made good levels. But,, like I said before, you have good sync and decent gameplay, and that's pretty good on it's own Another thing: the second coin route is very tight and is much harder than the rest of the level. Don't do that; try to make coin routes a bit harder if not only as hard as the original difficulty.

I know headhonchkrow made her review already, but I spent an hour making this one, and it expands on headhonchkrow’s reasonig, so just bear with me. Hi! This is my second level review, but I’ll try to go into as much detail as possible. This is really good for a first level, but I have to point some things out. But as you know and respect, this is for help in your future. Okay, lets go! Level Name: Manera Level ID: 38675622 Creator: FlashFightees Video: everyplay.com/videos/48404917Time Spent on Review: I’d say about an hour Stars Requested: 6 Stars [Harder] My Personal Rating: 6 Stars [Harder] The Gameplay (6/10)The gameplay for this level is actually pretty fun, but you need to work on some things a bit more. For example, the first cube, I don’t really like the objects moving in at the last second. It looks cool visually, but is not fun to play. Other than that, I have nothing to say. The ship transition is TERRIBLE. I mean, TERRIBLE. A lot of times, I fall and die without realizing it. This isn’t helped with the fact that the level turns invisible until barely after. I would make some invisible blocks that lead for about a second so that way you have any unfair deaths. Other than that, its pretty good. The gravity portals are kind of hard to see, but they also sync up with the music well, so it’s kind of easy to tell what they are. The UFO is okay. It’s hard to see the portals, but for some reason it feels really satisfying to beat. That is one good thing about the gameplay, for some reason, its really satisfying. I can’t explain it. The Robot is ok, besides the jump with the blue orb above it. It is pretty hard to do, and it is way easier getting the coin honestly. I would move the block a little closer so that way people don’t get the coin just because it is easy. The ball part was one of the best parts of the level. It was satisfying and really fun. You somehow managed to make it look hard without it being hard. I can’t say anything about the ball part negative, it is just so fun. After the portal, the wave transition is nonexistent, it’s that bad. You can’t tell that you are going to die. Add an invisible blue jump pad underneath, then one near the top to enter the slope path. The wave itself part would also be really fun, but the main problem I have is the custom portals: they blend in with the air decoration. They are just arrows, but the air decoration in this part is also arrows. This causes some unexpected deaths. Its okay with the portals, but just make them more distinguishable and visible. The UFO part was okay, nothing really special, but the transition was terrible. It was unexpected, and it could kill many players easily. I would recommend placing an invisible block above the sawblade. This could stop many unintended deaths. The next wave is basically the same as the previous, albeit more fun. The spider part is another really solid gameplay part of the level. The slopes were unique, and it felt clean and just like pure fun. The only problem I had was the moving block part at the end. It wouldn’t be bad if you had to tap once, but you can also see it ahead of time, so there is really nothing wrong at the same time. The changing vehicle part is actually pretty unique, just make it easier to see. The final robot there really isn’t much to say. The gameplay is pretty good, just fix your transitions, and you will be golden! The Block Design (3/10) [OLD] The block design is pretty empty in a lot of places. I’ll go through each part of the level again. The first cube’s block design is COMPLETELY empty. It is just black-colored blocks, nothing really inside of them. All you added was glow to the top. This part is very short, but it is bland, I mean, cardboard type bland. The ship following it is similar in the block design, bland. I see you tried adding objects inside the blocks, but they are hardly visible, and the block design still looks boring and empty. You need to add more objects into the blocks. 3D, glow effects, ANYTHING! It’s just boring. The UFO part is just sawblades, with nothing of interest about the block design. I know this seems mean, but the block design before the drop is just boring! It has almost nothing inside of it. The Robot also has the same problem, just as bland looking as the first cube. The ball part tries to switch the design more with some added details, but though it looks cool, it just needs more. Thankfully, this is where the block design starts to get better. The wave part’s design is actually really good. You managed to make it stand out, and have more depth to it. I liked the little column idea, its pretty original. The UFO after is basically the same as the first UFO, bland. The wave is the same as the one before, awesome. The spider also has some interesting block deco. It has some outlines in a cool way, with pretty detailed design on the inside. Good job on that. The end of the spider sticks to the same trend of being boring though. It has the same block design as that in the beginning cube. The constant vehicle changing part also has unique block design, but it is so dark. The end robot has the worst design of all. It is just the little platforms used in xStep. This is not only bland, but it looks plain lazy. Add something under the platform, like a brick structure or some clouds. That would make it look less lazy. This is probably the worst part of the level, so this part affects your score the most. This is good for your first level, but just add more to the blocks, like lines, 3D lines, glows, etc. EDIT: This levels decoration has been updated to be much better. The block design is now very detailed everywhere. That was an amazing update. I can’t really say much as it’s just eye cathcing, solid (8/10) now The Air Decoration (7/10)The air decoration tries. I can tell that. It is just very empty in some places. The first cubes’s has good air decoration below the sawblades, but above it, its just BG. Add something up there. The ship has some pretty empty air decoration, but it has some at the same time. Some is coming off of the blocks, I’ll give it that, but other than that, it’s empty. I would add some things like chains or columns of 1.9 blocks or something like that. The UFO had some good air decoration. Arrows were along the path you follow, some clouds are littered around, it looks pretty good. It just is really hard to see against the dark BG. Basically every part after the UFO has almost the same Air decoration. It looks pretty good, and it blends well with the background. I like it. It makes up for the terrible block design in some parts. This is probably the level’s highest point in terms of scoring. Keep at it. The Effects/Backgrounds (2/10)I have to point out one thing: it’s so dark. I mean, I had to turn the brightness up on my mobile device dark. Brighten it up a little for a part. There is only one background, and that is tiny slopes that form triangles, and that is hardly noticeable against the dark BG. Add some more, like columns, to spruce it up, and make the BG flash more noticeable. I know dark is the theme here, but I had to turn my Brightness up a ton in order to play. Originality Multiplier (0.9)There is nothing remotely creative or memorable about this level. The only thing I remembered was the gameplay. Make it more memorable, include something I will remember. Make something unique, something to separate it from the crowd. That will help you get more featured levels in the future. Coin Paths Path One:This coin placement is terrible. It is easier to take the coin path than the actual one. It is also really obvious and uncreative in terms of placement. Path Two: This path was actually really difficult. I liked it. Not the most original, but much harder than the normal path Path Three: This path was very unoriginal and generic. The coin is barely visible, so it is hard to find, but not in a good way . Final Score: (20.7/40) Rate Worthy! Due to MASSIVE improvement of your block design, your level score was bumped up SUBSTANTIALLY! Thanks for that! I couldn’t really find anything bad with the block design, it wasn’t the most perfect or original, but you improved it a TON! That means that the level score is no longer PLAGUED by that. CreativeGuy , I know its a tiny bit added, but there wasn’t much to say on the Block Design, you can move to Rate-WorthyHow you can improve:]-Make the arrows for the gameplay changes more distinguishable from the decoration -Add better coin routes. -Make one or two more backgrounds. -Improve the transitions. The wave part’s design is actually really good. You managed to make it stand out, and have more depth to it. I liked the little column idea, its pretty original. The UFO after is basically the same as the first UFO, bland. The wave is the same as the one before, awesome. The spider also has some interesting block deco. It has some outlines in a cool way, with pretty detailed design on the inside. Good job on that. The end of the spider sticks to the same trend of being boring though. It has the same block design as that in the beginning cube. The constant vehicle changing part also has unique block design, but it is so dark. The end robot has the worst design of all. It is just the little platforms used in xStep. This is not only bland, but it looks plain lazy. Add something under the platform, like a brick structure or some clouds. That would make it look less lazy. This is probably the worst part of the level, so this part affects your score the most. This is good for your first level, but just add more to the blocks, like lines, 3D lines, glows, etc. The Air Decoration (7/10)The air decoration tries. I can tell that. It is just very empty in some places. The first cubes’s has good air decoration below the sawblades, but above it, its just BG. Add something up there. The ship has some pretty empty air decoration, but it has some at the same time. Some is coming off of the blocks, I’ll give it that, but other than that, it’s empty. I would add some things like chains or columns of 1.9 blocks or something like that. The UFO had some good air decoration. Arrows were along the path you follow, some clouds are littered around, it looks pretty good. It just is really hard to see against the dark BG. Basically every part after the UFO has almost the same Air decoration. It looks pretty good, and it blends well with the background. I like it. It makes up for the terrible block design in some parts. This is probably the level’s highest point in terms of scoring. Keep at it. The Effects/Backgrounds (2/10)I have to point out one thing: it’s so dark. I mean, I had to turn the brightness up on my mobile device dark. Brighten it up a little for a part. There is only one background, and that is tiny slopes that form triangles, and that is hardly noticeable against the dark BG. Add some more, like columns, to spruce it up, and make the BG flash more noticeable. I know dark is the theme here, but I had to turn my Brightness up a ton in order to play. Originality Multiplier (0.9)There is nothing remotely creative or memorable about this level. The only thing I remembered was the gameplay. Make it more memorable, include something I will remember. Make something unique, something to separate it from the crowd. That will help you get more featured levels in the future. Coin Paths Path One:This coin placement is terrible. It is easier to take the coin path than the actual one. It is also really obvious and uncreative in terms of placement. Path Two: This path was actually really difficult. I liked it. Not the most original, but much harder than the normal path Path Three: This path was very unoriginal and generic. The coin is barely visible, so it is hard to find, but not in a good way . Final Score: (16.2/40) Either Decent or Needs Improvement I can’t quite decide which category this level could be placed in. It’s okay, but it just needs more. Add some more detail to the block design and brighten it up a little more with some more BGs and BG flashes. It was just really bland in some parts.
