I think I have to describe this clearly:
Basically, I try to place a teleportation portal in my level, and move the exit portal down so that it is at the same height of the entrance portal (I do this to fix transition bugs). When I save and play, the portal is there at the height I set it to. However, upon re-entering the editor, the exit portal suddenly moves itself up, back to its original position upon initially placing a teleportation portal. (This even happens when I save and exit.)
This is a weird bug and it's causing my fast-paced layout to be impossible ;_;

Try just deleting the portal and placing it where you want it to be or moving the blocks so that they align.
If this is being moved a a move trigger, the editor doesn't move blocks.
Hope I helped but I don't really understand this problem.

I know what you mean
Try putting 2 portals. One how it is once the editor opens, and the second one reversed so the in portal is next to the other out portal

Hope I helped but I don't really understand this problem. I have the same problem, and no, it's not move triggers. In the editor, if you place a blue teleportal anywhere, then move the orange at the same height as the blue one, and hit play, it works normal. But when you go back to the editor, the orange teleportal suddenly appears to be moved up to it's original state of place when you place a blue teleportal. It's an annoying bug, and the seemingly only solution to it is to do what the guy above me explained.
