So, I like to create levels, but I also like to post frequent building updates on discord. I noticed that if I'm building and I exit the game on mobile while still in the editor and then reenter the game has a tendency to, well... freeze and delete all my building progress I haven't saved. (Note, I'm not closing the app completely, just putting it in windowed mode)
This bug has consumed my life, I must save every time I place a block, the paranoia of losing even a second of progress haunts me. I'm stuck in a purgatory of constant fear. Save me RobTop, save me from this hell.....

There's some bugs with exiting while in the editor, such as the one you just mentioned. If you want to show your progress on discord through screenshots without risk, go to the menu when you've built you want to showcase, save and exit, reenter the level, then take the screenshot. That way, if it does freeze, you don't lose anything since you already saved it.

I understand it's unconventional but there isn't really anything you can do about it. I hate to say it but this is just another 2.1 bug most likely. This is probably the safest way right now to save your work and provide the previews to your audience.
