I have no real clue how I came up with this, but the advantages are major, especially for lists.
My concept behind this is that more than one person can work on the same OP. This could be enabled by a new 'Enable' option, causing a person who helps with the thread to grant permission to edit the OP.
Staff, of course, can not be enabled, because they already can edit posts.
If a member is abusing the advantages, the member should also be able to be disabled.
I don't really know any further points as of now, but I'd love to get honest feedback on this concept.

This actually sounds like a good idea that might help with lists. A problem is I don't know all that much about coding, and I don't really know how easy it would be to code collaborative threads.

Great suggestion. This would especially help Lists threads that have a team of Editors. Idk if it works on ProBoards though.
