so apparently since 2.1 came out there's this fucking glitch which makes the respawn speed on copyable practise delay by 2.5 seconds which is incredibly annoying because not only does it waste time but it also throws you off and results in a spawndeath which wastes even more time
is there a way to fix this shit in settings? because it's literally impossible to practise any insane demon on mobile nowadays

It may be due to the object count of the level, since it's loading all the past objects and triggers at once. Try disabling them, or making a LDM at the start a regular trigger rather than a touch trigger. See if that does anything.

I've gotten this before, but it happens on layout levels as well, so it's not the object count that's the issue.
Something I noticed is the farther into the level I put the Start POS, the longer the delay was.
Best solution I have is to get a layout of the level.

what dubstep said, the further it is in the level, the more it lags, sooooo
just cut that section out or remove all the parts before it, and have a separate copy for each position.

I'm having this glitch since 2.0 Update. It happens always on my mobile device.
Let's be realistic: GD is not longer a mobile app, it's a real steam game for PCs.

Let's be realistic: GD is not longer a mobile app, it's a real steam game for PCs. Was that really necessary? Also, more people play GD on mobile than Steam, so that's a false statement anyway.

But its true. The object limit is very high. And there is a way/hack that you can put a lot of more objects than object limit allows it. The more objects you have, the more lags a mobile will have.

The lag is caused by triggers (most notably move/rotate triggers), just to make it clear, and there's no way to avoid it. Also the lag acumulates over time, so even if there's only one move trigger it can still cause a lot of lag if it lasts long enough and the start poss is placed far into the level.

*insert generic joke about 2.1 and terrible optimization here*
You might want to consider removing all objects before the part you're practicing, and move the objects to create a seperate copy of the level, with the part you want to practice. It's tedious but worth it.
Also, try removing all of the decorative objects, by using the ''Select All'' feature in the pause menu, and go to ''Delete'' and delete all decoration. This sharply reduced lag for me for the later parts of Digital Descent.
