Here we go!
Gameplay: 8.5/10 - Not bad gameplay. I don't feel that it's too fun (aside from 0:30 - 0:37, which I thought had really nice gameplay), but it's pretty dynamic. Variety isn't too clear, but it doesn't harm the level. Regular, generic gameplay normally would get a 7/10, but I added in one point for nice dynamics and clear gameplay, and a half point for the gameplay from 0:30-0:37.
Block Deco: 3.5/5 - Pretty lazy block deco. It's various in the big picture, but when I look closely, it's just a single block laced with the covering on top. I think you can do a lot more for the blocks - add in more details, such as spike deco, air deco, and more. Or you can use different types of blocks (like Alkali) and see how that goes. Either way, MOR BLOCK DECO!
Background Deco: 3.5/5 - Inconsistent. For the places you have the background, for the most part, it enhances the level. For example, 0:14 - 0:18 is pretty nicely made, and 0:30 - 0:37 is decent. The rest, however, seems pretty empty. It's really boring for a level to lack a lot of background. I see them, but it doesn't really affect me in any way. Add more to the background to fill up the level.
Effects: 7/10 - also inconsistent, but pretty nice where the effects are there. I stated the background that was nice in the background section, but the places where there were hardly anything, the effects were lacking. Even in those places where the background was nice, I wish that more could've been added (such as more air deco).
Sync: 4.5/5 - nicely done. I didn't see any glaring syncopation error. In fact, the gameplay at 0:30-0:37 had really nice sync, so I threw in an additional half point there.
Originality: 4/5 - no obvious copy+paste. That said, though, there was nothing in concept that was completely original or mind-breaking, so nothing added for you.
Total: 31/40 - Good.
Overall, the level is pretty nice. However, it feels pretty empty with lacking background and block deco. I would try adding more variety to both areas. Your gameplay is pretty satisfying, but it can be a lot more fun with much more adherence to the music. Effects follow a lot with background, so try focusing on the background next time. Many people like this!
