Level Name: Justice Level Creator(s): KatsuTG, Ollblivion, CakeySan (me) Level Difficulty: Easy-ish Demon Level ID: 36499433 Level Song: Megalovania Remix by Acid-Notation Level Song ID: 708266 Solo or Collaboration: Collaboration
The layout for this level is originally Katsu's from two months ago. His original decorator Ollblivion had quit decorating Justice after only finishing the very first cube, so I decided to help out a friend and decorate the rest of the level for him. :3
For a level made in the span of two months, we give you Justice! :3

Intro: My first review after post 100. I'm looking to change up the style of my reviews for organization reasons. Level Name: Justice Creator: CakeySan, KatsuTG, & Ollblivion (Collab) Level ID: 36499433 Requested Difficulty: Easy Demon 10* Time Spent On This Review: 20 minutes Gameplay (KatsuTG) General
The gameplay in general is pretty good. There's a lot of parts that seem fun without much spamming and (I think) no straight flying. This is what good gameplay looks like. I like the use of orbs in the level, especially in the cube parts. Tell Katsu that they did a good job. Transitions
This level's transitions are pretty good. They don't really involve much jitterclicking or super-fast reactions. They just require a few minutes in Practice Mode, which is certainly understandable for a demon.
Synchronization
Okay. I like the sync of the level at the first cube part. That's the best part, likely. However, after the drop, it starts to kind of trail off. It's as if it lags for a moment during the cube-drop transition. Thankfully, it gets better later.
Difficulty of Level
Obviously, a demon is a good rating for this level. I think Easy Demon is the best place to be. It's an overall fast level with tight spaces. Decoration (CakeySan & Ollblivion) Air Decoration
The air decoration is pretty good. It goes really well with the backgrounds and they don't look very out of place, either. However, I wish there would be more variation in it other than stars and the sawblades with eyes over and over again. However, at least it looks decent. Not amazing, but decent.Block Designs
The block designs certainly go well with the level's background colors and air decoration. But the problem is, it's too plain. There's nothing that stands out, and this goes for air decoration as well. There isn't anything that stands out or stays in my head once I leave. The block designs look pretty similar and unchanged throughout the whole level, and that might take off a few points. There's some variation, but not enough that it matters much.Art and Backgrounds
This level doesn't really have any noticeable backgrounds or art. Every now and then, there's a faded, slanted pillar, but other than that, there isn't really anything special.
Coin Routes (Please note that coins do not contribute to the final score.)
Coin 1 Rock. Even just by looking at it, I can tell the coin is extremely easy to get, especially with the black orb there. I'm hoping there's J blocks on the platform below the black orb, because if not, this is basically a free coin.
Coin 2 Silver. NICE. That seems like a very savage coin, having to go through the tight spaces of the sawblades. This is a pretty difficult coin. However, hard does not mean good. I think there could be more originality here, like gravity changes while going into the passage, but other than that, a pretty solid job.
Coin 3 Rock. Free coin, I think?
Final Thoughts Score58%/100% - This level is just...eh. Nothing special. This level doesn't really have enough originality. However, I think it's a pretty decent level, and a decent level goes in the Decent Board. What Can Be Improved?- Add some custom backgrounds
- Vary more in block designs
- Add slightly more air decoration. Maybe make it "connect" blocks together
- Give your level some individuality; something that makes it stand out more
Optional things you could do that might help:- At the end of the level, I can kinda seem the title card before the triple spike jump. Make it so I can't see it until the level is over, because it makes me think there's something up there.

Thank you for taking the time to judge our collaboration. For why the level looks so similar through is because I tried to mainly base it on the decoration that Ollblivion had done in the first part. And so the similarities kinda stuck, which is why it looks how it looks (I decorated 80% of the level). I stuck with the stars over and over because I wasn't very sure what other decoration that would look good within the level, as well as I felt that I didn't think this should be a level that should be over-cluttered with decoration. Right now I'm trying to update the decoration a bit and fixing the block designs as well, creative block design isn't exactly my forte, but I'm working on updating it so it could look more creative. :3 At the drop, the verifier (Meta) slightly changed the gameplay for the UFO, so it didn't sync as well as it was before (before it was just regular UFO before you hit the green orb and switched gravity, clicking fast with rhythm on the platform to stay above the spikes from hitting you). We will try out some of the other recommendations you have given us, so we can improve as creators. Once again, thank you for taking the time to judge our level. P.S: How much time you spent on the review btw? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Level Name: Justice Creator(s): CakeySan, KatsuTG, and Ollbivion Level ID: 36499433 Song: Megalovania Remix by Acid-Notation Song ID: 708266 Requested Rating: 10 Stars (Easy Demon) Gameplay - 20/33 First things, first. Gameplay. I do like the usage of vehicles in the level as I feel as if the level was very good. Using at least most of the vehicles is a great thing, and I feel like each vehicle was used properly which is a good thing. There weren't too many wave sections, there wasn't too many spider sections. This is a fair amount of vehicle usage. For me, this level has tons of consistent difficulty which was really well done. I think these kinds of levels with consistent difficulty need to be seen more often. On top of this I do like some of the difficult sections as they felt as if I was playing a demon level. However, there are a few flaws. If you were trying to shoot for an easy demon, you didn't meet that. This level in my opinion seems more of a Medium/Hard Demon. The sections are consistently difficult, but in all cases, they are too difficult to meet an easy demon as requested. A future tip for gameplay in spider sections is never use the black orb. In spider sections, when you hit a black orb it tends to bug out sometimes and the spider will immediately teleport the other direction and kill you. In this level, the coin is by having the black orb bug which is a terrible thing. I feel like this level doesn't start off too well. You enter a teleporter and whoop! there you go, you start playing immediately. Levels like this tend to drive me nuts because I think you need some sort of reaction speed if you are going to be teleported quickly like in this level. Next, there are many orb bugs and I feel as if these orb bugs are there on purpose because there are a lot of them. I get that buggy gameplay (for whatever reason) is the NBT in today's game, but the orbs all have to be awkwardly timed and I feel as if that hurts the gameplay. Overall, the gameplay is good, but bug fixing, starting the level, and difficulty should be changed. Design - 19/33 I am going to credit a lot for design here. I love monochromatic levels. In case if you don't know (which you probably do, but whatever) a monochromatic level is a level that only uses black and white for the most part. These levels impress me because black and white are two colors that are very hard to work together in all levels. This level is a great example of how a monochromatic level should be and how the two colors do work together. So, for the usage of gray, white, and black, this level was really well done with colors. Now let's talk about the improvements needed. The block design in this level is pretty simple. I feel like using the wave parts because these are the parts that I feel are the worst in block design. Building block design in a design level like this needs to be built in a certain way. However, that certain way I feel isn't in this level. For understanding how to build a better block design, I believe that you should watch some building streams because these block designs are very bland. Next is ground decoration. You are missing this throughout the entire level. This is a huge factor in design levels nowadays and it seems like you don't have it in the level at all. You have the lasers on the ground which is good, but now you need the ground decoration. I think the colors work really well, but block design and ground decoration need the most improving. Originality - 15/34 Now, the great part about this level is that it is monochromatic. These levels are always original and always make me wonder how people build so well in black, white, and gray. Levels like these always stand out to me and they are very original in my opinion. I definitely think that this is your styles of building, but there are some things that aren't original. Those unoriginal things start off with block design. In a monochromatic level, you need to find a way to create your own block design using these three colors. Once you can do that, I feel like you would understand this a bit more. The block designs are alright, but they are nothing special. The next thing that I feel is unoriginal is the difficulty. As I have said, this level seems to be a Medium/Hard Demon. Today there are so many people building difficult levels in the hard demon range and I feel that this level can reach out to it which makes me really sad. If this level was an easy demon, this would have sure given it more originality points. Overall, unoriginal level that could use some very needed work. Final Score - 54/100 (54% - Needs Improvement) This is on the breaking point of Needs Improvement and Decent. One more point would have made this a decent level. The issue is I just don't feel like this level is worthy yet for the Decent. It is definitely everyone's style, but the biggest issue is the design because the design affected the originality a lot. This is a great level with lots of potential, but it isn't there yet. You need to really work on making an original level by focusing a ton on your designs. If you begin by doing that, then what will end up in your favor will be feature-worthy and epic-worthy levels. I wish you a lot of luck with building in the future My Rating: 10 Stars (Medium/Hard Demon) Judged By: Traviss1

a monochromatic level is a level that uses only 1 color excluding black and white anyways, i find these reviews a bit too harsh because people's standard are extremely high nowadays i find your level amazing for a good and simple level. honestly for me, this level is borderline good and feature-worthy level but i'll put in good levels because this style is a old 2.0 styled level and doesn't add anything new.

Pretty much the things to be said have been said here, The gameplay is quite neat, the design is not really standing out in terms of feature-standards, but it is not messy and the flow of the level is smooth. It is also good that there is a use of fading/movement. Next time, maybe add some rotation too? I would put this bottom-good levels myself. Taking the average of these reviews (decent, needs improvement, good and good) this will be moved to high-end decent levels. Well done and good luck creating !
