Freedom Dive is an Extreme Demon collab by SrGuillester, Knobbelboy, Azuler, Manix, and possibly more. Recently, Knobbelboy streamed himself building the deco in his part, which is the beginning. To say, that's pretty damn cool. Even though his style is usually pretty messy and clustered, it still looks amazing in the end. However, there's one very important problem they need to solve, and that's getting the legitimate xi (the author of the Freedom Dive song) to post Freedom Dive on Newgrounds. So they pretty much have to pull a Death Moon. i used a level to make an idiom kill me Though, this can be possible to bypass by using the piano cover (which is allowed to be used) titled Keys of Freedom, and then use the song bypass to change it to the real Freedom Dive, kinda like Ride by Endlevel. And now, I present to you the phenomenon that Knobbelboy discovered at the end of the stream that nobody can explain. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) (Warning: Visually Disturbing. I love how you linked to completely pointless thing instead of a video or picture of the new deco (and the old deco for that matter). New deco is on a stream on his Twitch, so just typing /knobbelboy after twitch.tv and you should find the stream for those that want it. |

Since when it's a megacollab? Collab then. Knobbel said that Azuler and Manix had parts in it. He showcased Azuler's parts and typed in the chat (or somewhere and somehow but I know it's said somewhere) that Manix had parts in it too. |

That looks cool, but since when was this a megacollab? Probably a collab. Knobs did confirm did Manix and Azuler had parts in it. (He showcased Azuler's unfinished part) I assume that the deco before Knob began decorating his part (i.e when the piano freestyle in the song starts and when the level changes to mini dual ball into the decorated part) was SrGuillester's part. |

I'm not really a big fan of Freedom Dive (both song and level), but getting Xi to mage a NG account AND getting it approved by Robtop is less than 5%... Good Luck.
But i understand the hype for the level

You also had to consider the fact that the only two Asian (I feel bad for saying that) artists that actually posted their songs on Newgrounds by request were lia;quo and SoundHolicK. They only did it by request, and I'd doubt SoundHolicK was even interested in the matter if he only posted HQ Death Moon. Considering xi has a higher status among rhythm game players (having created songs that are extremely hard and having popular songs) and the fact that the Freedom Dive team would need to get past Diverse System (the music group xi is a part of), the chances of getting the infamous osu! song on Newgruonds are extremely low. |

I highly, highly doubt that anyone is going to be able to get Xi to upload Freedom Dive to newgrounds. I don't know much, but I'm pretty sure hes a japanese artist and that he's under some sort of special licencing terms or something (idk details) so contact with him would be hard enough, and then I doubt he'd be willing to upload to newgrounds given the licencing it puts stuff uploaded to it under. Even if he put up his song on newgrounds, then he'd have to get scouted and robtop would have to specially approve him for GD (since he'd be a new user since the new system).
I find all that happening to be incredibly unlikely, so I feel like the piano cover would just be used in the level and people who want to play it can just manually download the song outside of GD and do that, because it's not a bad solution.
