I would say around 1 day for easy demon and medium demon, 2-3 days for hard demon, more than 3 days for insane and extreme demon.

A day for easy and medium demons, generally a week for hard demons, 1-2 weeks for insane demons, and at least 2 months for an extreme demon (unless I destroy ICDX).

1 session ranges from 30 mins - 2 hours of playing  = 1-2 sessions  = 3-5 sessions  = 6-19 sessions  =20-99 sessions (haven't beaten any insane's yet, so this is an estimate.)  =100-5000 sessions (again haven't beaten any,and it would depend on the level being played.) |

I like Lockstep's way of thinking about this, so here. Sorry for stealing your idea, btw  = 1-4 sessions = 1-10 sessions (I beat Vibration in 1 session. Mechanical Showdown in about 10.) = 11-25 sessions = I'm probably never going to attempt an insane demon except for Invisible Deadlocked. Probably about 100 sessions, estimate. = Never. Not even going to try any extreme demons because I have no skill. |

10-20 minutes for easy demon, 20 min - 1 hour for medium demon, 1-3 hours for hard demon, 3-5 hours for very hard demon, 5-10 hours for insane demon and 10-∞ for extreme demon

Easy Demon (eg. xStep V2, XYZ Step, Platinum Adventure) - a few weeks, a few thousand attempts
Medium (I have only beaten a few and they should be easy demons, so I will use Clubstep) - Two months, 13,000 attempts
I don't know how people can do it so quickly. I have finished 3 demons this month (Clubstep, Speed Racer, XYZ Step) and I think that is the most I have ever done in such a short space of time.
