[ti]Hard[/ti] Shadow City III by CreatorPAC

I haven't really done this judging thing before, but if a mod sees this, please do NOT give me the level judge role.

Alrighty, first I'll talk about the gameplay. It's rather inconsistent. Parts lead from boring, to buggy, to difficulty spikes. And how am I supposed to tell I'm supposed to jump at the end?

Next I'll talk about the backgrounds. I kinda like them. A few of them were ok, and some looked a little better. They were pretty good backgrounds, especially the last one (which sadly has the most boring gameplay).

Lastly, how many stars would I give this if I was RobTop? I would give this level 6 stars.

The level is a "decent" rating in my opinion.

If I wasn't allowed to do this, then a mod can delete this post. @repeater13 since I'm not a level judge, can you move this to decent (or whatever you think about the level), or perhaps give a proper judging unlike I did? I just wanted to review this for him so at least someone would judge it.
