MAGIC UNICORN POWAH! D:Overall, the level looks decent. I won't let you hold on to your chair though; It won't get featured, nor rated.
The level is stuffed with moving gameplay. This does not have to be a bad thing - it's okay if you use such gameplay in very hard levels, such as demons. And that is because it's very hard and tricky. Putting it in a rather easy level (judging by the looks of it). It more looks like a challenge level for the most parts. There also seems to be a change in difficult; the part after 'Hope you enjoy!' is very tricky gameplay: straight fly, tight wave sections, an INVISIBLE coin?! Compare this to your first part, where it's nothing more than a cube jumping over spikes. All in all, the gameplay is dissapointing, it could've been better.
Sync could be more present too. It's too absent right now. Especially for the transitions. You use the full melody for a full part, and don't cut right through a melody.
The gameplay is not that buggy. Here and there INVISIBLE PORTALS (a sin). Probably some awkward timings here and there because of the moving objects, overall it does not seem to give unfair deaths.
I'd rate this an 2 out of 10.
Design lacks too.
The first and second part are all very easily made design; I can go into my stream and make this (entire level) within a day. No offense, everyone starts.
If you look at the featured section, 99/100 levels is probably Generic. But those levels do include costum design (which we refer to as 'design'). The design in those generic levels is made using costum decorations. Why? Because that's ORIGINAL! Everyone really likes to see original levels, so try to give the community just that. The more originality, the more respect. Especially with rainbow levels you can either pull off something terrible or something amazing.
The last parts just lacks design in generel. You did not want to bother making design at all, let alone fill up that part with anything resembling 'decoration'. It's all about that one simple-looking background effect (which get's boring after a while since it's not moving that much).
It also seems like the rainbow at the end has the most effort put into it.
My rating for this part: 1 out of 10.
TL;DR: The level is not living up to 2.1 standards; Gameplay is annoying, design is not present and extremely simple and decoration (same as design kinda) just completely lacks in the level. The fact that it's rainbow really does make up the level from being completely terrible.
Overal score: 1.5 / 10 -
Needs Improvement!A tip; read the judge reviews in the Featured Levels section on the Panel. Look at the levels. See how they are made. Look at the detail! See how we go full detail about what is GOOD and what is BAD about those levels, and you will know what kind of gameplay and design to make in your next level. Trust me; it really works.
