If rob is going to add a higher object limit, it should work like this:
You can use more objects the longer the level is, so if it's 3 minutes you can use say 45k objects, that way it balances out more, so you don't have a lot of objects clustered into one compact part of the level.

I have to say I agree with skylighter here, the Level shows really cool concepts, but they´re simply not well done enough to obtain Stars. Some of the Deco is very messy, the Level keeps changing Themes, and there is a lot of Copy + Paste. Some Sections are also plain boring. Everything else has basically already been mentioned, so I´m moving to decent now.
Perhaps I was a little too nice in my review; that's something I need to work on myself.
