As you may have guessed from the title, this is going to be a 1.9 style megacollab. The rules are fairly simple:
-No 2.0+ triggers
-No 2.0+ blocks
-No robot or spider
-Only 4 color channels
-Layering IS allowed
-Absolutely no nine circles parts.
