Theory of Longevity layout (looking for a decorator!)

A layout that has been sitting in my personal levels for 4 months now, this is Theory of Longevity. Probably my best layout to date, and ever will make. I know it has nothing to do with "Theory" levels, I just like the name.
For a decorator, I'm looking for four things in particular.
- Skill (this is all down to my preference if I like your decoration or not)
- Effort (how hard are you willing to work to decorate this?)
- Motivation (I'm looking for a decorator who is willing to dedicate time and effort into decorating this layout)
- Persistence (All too much have collabs failed because of people dropping it or forgetting about it; I need someone who is persistent and on the ball with it all, and will decorate it until its finish)
If you think you can meet all these standards, please leave a post on this thread with some of your work so I can get back to you.
Please note, you do not have to go by the block design. I added it there so the layout itself looks cleaner. If you're going to have trouble with it, let me know so I can try my best to strip the layout to its bare bones.
