Well, it sounds like the situation is about what I was expecting based on what I had uncovered so far. I'll probably have another online security discussion with my kid tomorrow and help him setup a secondary email he can use for creating accounts for games (or sites) that may not have the best security.

Thank you LuMaIchArgI for taking the time to respond in detail. He pretty much covered everything you need to know; I will say that RobTop (the currently sole developer of the game) has spoken fairly recently on improving security in the next update, but given how finicky he is with release dates and delays it's hard to say when that will happen and if the promise will be kept, although the update seems to be significantly closer than it is now. RobTop holds a co-owner position on these forums but he hasn't been online in around 5 years, and given the outdated nature of forums compared to the rest of the internet I say it's unlikely he'll ever show up here again. It can be tedious to keep everything going and it's not perfect by any means, since the staff are all adults by now and have busy lives (with only a few of us active regularly), but there are still people around who can help you if you have more questions. |

My geometry dash account can't upload levels and ive tried refreshing my login, deleting previous levels I don't need, and checking if the level i'm trying to upload has another level with the exact same name, nothing seems to be working, can someone help me?

Hello, I am a new GD Player, Been playing for about a month now.
I am trying to Register an Account, I used all new information and When trying to register it simply says, Something Went Wrong. Anyone else having this issue or know how fix it?

How do I fix the daily chests? My problem is that it won’t let me open the chests, they are just colored mostly gray. It has ben like this for a week or 2

I have encountered a constant problem with GD where I am not able to save even though I have already refreshed my account and deleted all of my levels except for the one I am currently working on. This is not a new problem. Any tips?

how do i search for accounts that have changed their name but you only know an old one? (like in the game) if you've checked their profile using the ultimategdbot discord bot you could search them up by using their player id

Look, first time in a forum so forgive me if something is wrong.
I'm struggling with a problem that include the level Id, when I search level name it appears but It say that the level should appear when I search for it's Id... BUT IT DON'T...
tell me if I'm doing something wrong because idk what to do... Oh, and also, sorry for bad english, I'm Brazilian and I'm still learning.
